A few words about Nidri
Νidri is situated on the east side of Lefkada, just 17 km from the city. It is the tourist centre of Lefkada, ideal to accommodate people of all ages. You can walk to the pedestrian shopping street, enjoy your coffee or meal in the picturesque harbor with views to Scorpios, Madouri and the church of Agia Kyriaki, and swim in the calm waters of the sea.

In Nidri you can also enjoy water sports, daily cruises in breathtaking beaches of Lefkada, in the small islands opposite Nidri as well as Kefalonia, Ithaki and Paxoi (other Ionian Islands). There is also possibility to rent a sailing boat. You may also visit Meganisi, a green island with emerald waters and picturesque villages.

For the younger and older visitors Nidri is equipped with amusement park, playground, mini golf and a 5x5 soccer field.

And of course Nidri has a wide range of restaurants (Greek, Italian, Indian, Chinese cuisine), bars and night clubs.

Near at hand, just 3 km away, a fascinating course, there are the waterfalls in the gorge of Dimosari praised by the great Greek poet Aristotelis Valaoritis.
